Room floors are dirty, hole in bathroom door, surrounding neighbors walking around throughout the night, ***** being done on the property, very loud neighbors with TV running all night long can hear every tv water running toilet around your room, broken down car in parking lot that was in accident loaded with stuff in it with blown out windows. Room comes with a bathroom and shower microwave and small fridge, tv and of course a bed. No breakfast as advertised. Not safe to walk around after dark. Different cars coming in and out all night long to one or two rooms. Blankets have burn holes in them. Beds lean into the middle of mattress so must sleep on the outer edge. Looks like new floors but they are dirty. Rooms are not cleaned or maintained well. Microwave is disgusting. Don’t even want to know what the red running stuff dried on wall is. Ice bin but no cups for anything. Ice located in a room on the end of the walkway outside the hotel room. Wouldn’t feel safe going to get ice at night. Looks like they are updating some things but definitely not worth the price.

Turns out, there was no breakfast, even when we were looking to book a room, breakfast was including.
The gentleman at the desk was helpful & friendly.
The room was a mess. The room might have been clean, but it didn't look clean. The room needs major work.

It was very inexpensive and I got what I paid for. The people were nice - the room was clean - the facilities were not kept up as you would expect from a more expensive hotel.

Never Again!
First off, when you drive in there is no sign anywhere as to where the office is to check in. Had to ask someone coming out of a room, where they pointed to a nondescript building in back of the block of rooms. Clerk there seemed annoyed that he had to stop and check me in. Parking lot had a couple of old, smashed up cars that you could tell had been sitting there for some time. When we got to the room, which was supposed to be 2 beds, there was only 1 king-sized bed. The building inside has very old, torn, stained carpet and putty patches everywhere. Bedspread on bed seemed clean but worn and with what appeared to be cigarette burn holes. Irony is that the Rodeway Inn sign by the road states "Newly Renovated". Very deceiving! If I hadn't been on the road for 12 hours already I would've have looked for another hotel, but I was too tired to bother.
