I believe this hotel is no longer in operation. I tried calling them at 520.622.3000 listed on their business cards and the number has been disconnected. Another victim of the New Depression caused by the results of COVID?? Tripadvisor should verify if they should still be listed.

Can’t say enough great things about this property! The location is centrally located in the city and right off Interstate 10. While it is downtown we never had any security concerns and lighting in the parking lot is more than sufficient. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, A/C works great and the TV has plenty of channels. It’s a large property with quite a few different room options to choose from. This is one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in anywhere while traveling & I would highly recommend it!

On the Internet this large establishment presents better than actual, largely because it has an impressive foyer. Elsewhere, in passageways and the lift, it is rather worn. Rooms are spacious and clean. Its location next to a U-Haul industrial site detracts from its setting which is close to the university area, some good restaurants and easy return back on to the I 10. A modestly good breakfast is offered in a large room offering views out to a nice pool area. The good tariff we got, and the pleasant staff, made our stay pretty good.

Although the exterior is a bit ugly, the room and interior of the hotel is quite nice. Not far from downtown. Staff was courteous and efficient. Breakfast was great. The gym is a joke, but overall it’s a good hotel, and they even provided us with a crib for our 6 mo. old.

Great experience! Tenna checked us in and was very friendly and answered all our questions. The hotel was located just a short walk to the Tucson Convention Center. We attended a concert there and we were happy with how close it was for the price. When we had trouble with the TV someone was up quickly and assisted us. Breakfast was included in the reservation, and it was very good. Eggs, bacon, bagels, coffee and orange juice. The room was clean and comfortable. Beds were in great shape and clean. Sheets and pillows were in good shape, and we slept well. The lobby was very retro and really beautiful. We felt safe and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for great stay!

Booked 3 rooms; in town for my son’s wedding. Called for early checkin at noon, was told room would be ready at 4pm. Arrived at 4pm, room still not ready, had to wait until 4:45 to get in our rooms. Asked for a manager, was given a card and told to email and someone would reply. Room was very musky smelling, ac worked intermittently. Lamp on desk and lights by bed need to be fixed, they flicker and you cannot read or even work on computer with them. Entrance lobby is beautiful, but rooms need to be updated.

This hotel is awful. I stayed here for 6 nights unfortunately. The rooms are dirty, the breakfast is inedible and the customer service is shocking. On arrival the desk staff lied and told me they’d sold my room as I was a ‘no-show’. My flight was delayed and they did not answer the phone at 11pm when I arrived late for my connection in Phoenix so this was not my fault. After leaving me waiting for 30 minutes crying in the lobby (as a lone female who’d just travelled 20 hours to get there to be told you had nowhere to stay) suddenly there was a room available for the full 6 nights - clearly they thought it would be funny to tease me and they had never sold my room. Teanna has zero customer service skills and I sincerely hope no-one else has to deal with this cowboy establishment.

Upon arrival we witnessed a guest request a new room due to the one assigned to him was dirty. The consultant at the front desk then assigned a new room to him. She then waited on us and I asked for the room to be cleaned daily, she replied that COVID prevented them from doing so. My reply was to say that COVID was over with and I would like my room cleaned. She became quite irate and would not talk to me and said our reservation was not prepaid, even after we provided a confirmation number ! Again, the first guest returned and said the second room was dirty also. After further discussions she decided not to accept our information and asked us to leave. NOT going here again, suggest you take your own cleaning supplies, as one of her comments was that we did pay for the room to be cleaned. WOW !!

The room was very dirty and the service was also very bad. This is how we found the room 3009 when we arrived (photo attached), the trash can was full, the bed wasn’t nicely done and it smelled bad, lastly they changed us to another room but we weren’t comfortable after the experience of the previous room because it wasn’t clean enough.
