Room was ok. Could use some renovations. Beds were on the hard side. AC/Heating unit was older with no temperature gauge.

Absolutely disgusting. I had to scrub the bathroom before we could use it. (Which means I had to spend more money on top of what we spent for the room itself overnight. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies just for that reason) The toilet and shower specifically were atrocious 😩 bed was uncomfortable as hell, and I did see a roach crawling on the desk table. Just one bug that one time but still, it’s the principle. right? Either way l wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Not at all for the price. Good luck.

When i checked in the "clean room" was filthy, obly the surfaces had been wiped poorly as they were sticky. During heavy rainfall the 1st floor leaks into the rooms when i brought it to their attention i was told maintenance would look at it and id get housekeeping, that never happend.

There were cochroaches in the room….. the room disgustingly dirty… We left in the middle of the night because of how dirty it was in the cockroaches

The rooms are dirty nasty and the property is filled with roaches couldn't even stay there one night checked in and checked right back out after I seen a roach

The room is as filthy. I decided to not use the phone with all the grime and hair on it.
The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Since the elevators are accessed before you go into the hotel, I found a homeless guy sleeping in the hall.
The staff was very friendly

They need to do a deep clean throw everything away thats stained smh. Where is the towels. They need to do better this was horrible not to mention the receptionist shes like a nice nasty person but i hope it finds happiness n peace within itself!

我入住时被告知我的房间/预订由于超额预订而被取消。然后工作人员说我们可能可以换房间。从她的态度来看，我看得出她真的不想帮忙，所以我问她是否可以帮我取消房间，让我们换个房间。她回答说可以。当我问她是否可以将预订信息更新为“已取消”时，她再次回复说我的预订已经被取消了。然而，今天早上我被收取了“未入住”费用。我试图退款，因为我确实入住了，但只有在工作人员同意我离开最方便的情况下才离开。此外，我确实看到工作人员对其他客人很粗鲁，而且显然不想住在那里。虽然我没能入住，但这家酒店非常破旧、发霉，而且看起来很不安全。我也不指望能拿到退款了。
