Easy convenient location, comfortable beds. Got a second floor room facing the pool, and it was fairly quiet. The main lobby reeks of old cigarettes, so that’s a bit unpleasant. The hotel offers free breakfast, which we did not try due to the odor in the lobby. The room was clean, showed some wear and tear, but I could tell they try to keep the place tidy.

We checked In and went to the room. The moment we opened the door we smelled a strong odor of mildew. It felt like the A.C. hadn’t been on in a long time. As we started to look around and check out the room we saw the curtains we covered in little black mold spots, which led us to inspect everything else. We saw mold covered the mattress’ underneath the sheets. We gathered our stuff and notified the staff. There was no apology or concern about the status of the room. They offered to give us another room, which I appreciated, but after the experience in the first room, I do not trust that any of the others would have been better. After this experience, I will NEVER stay at another quality Inn. Hands down the worst hotel experience.

Breakfast stops being served when it runs out. Often before the posted time for what little they had. Two days in they took our sheets and didn’t leave any. Then told us sheet change days were only three times per week. Which was concerning. We had to make our own bed after obtaining new sheets late that night. Staff was nice but not accommodating

Our shower water drained bad but they had someone come out in minutes to fix it and it was back to normal👏, but sadly the rooms had a moldy/wetness smell.
