Unfortunately, we have no control of which guests are booking through third party platforms. If you had of made your complaints to staff, we would have gone above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable and even moved you to another room from the noisey guests. Unfortunately, as in any city centre, people come to a City to avail of the night life. Can I suggest, if it is quiet you are looking for at the weekend in any city centre, go a few miles outside to a more rural Bed and breakfast. Once again, thankyou and hope you enjoyed our gem of a city, Derry!!
Found this place by chance on my solo motorbike trip and what a brilliant find. Friendly owners Chris and Iona, lovely room and brilliant breakfast. Friendly pub next door too.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the very unassuming Iona Inn! The property was clean, quiet, felt safe but by far the best part was our host. She was so lovely and welcoming, took time to point everything out to us and get us oriented. The room we stayed in had three single beds and one shower/toilet combo. Very clean, VERY comfortable beds. The included breakfast was awesome. Take your pick from cereal, waffles/pancakes or you can even order up a full Irish breakfast. The property requires a key code to get into the building and then a key for your room. Very easy walk across the bridge into the centre of Derry and all the major highlights like the old city walls, Guildhall, bars and restaurants (including Badgers Bar where the Derry Girls mural is located). There's also a convenience store across the road that had all the basics available. Would highly recommend!

地理位置优越。工作人员非常友好、乐于助人等等。我们的电视出了点问题，一位女士及时赶来解决了。凌晨2:30左右，几位女士喝醉了酒进来，声音很大。我不得不出去叫她们安静，因为我的孩子们都睡着了。之后她们就回房间了，之后的晚上都很安静。早餐很棒。丰盛的早餐让我们一整天都精神饱满，真是无可挑剔！

是通过电话与Tanya 预订的。太有帮助了。友好的服务，体面的早餐，隔壁很棒的当地酒吧，所有员工都很友好。肯定会回去。物超所值。游览所有景点的理想位置。
我在家庭房度过了我十几岁的生日，房间非常宽敞，景色优美，房间干净。女士们不遗余力地购买生日横幅，而且非常友好和乐于助人。位置也非常适合观光。一定会回来的。
