Handle in shower - bath is broken. Possible small mold in ceiling. The AC was good (cool). The towels felt kinda moist. The access card does not work to enter on the side of hotel.

The area is nice and convenient but this property is a bit lacking. Towels had holes in them and were shabby, hair dryer didn’t work, no soap in dispensers, shower leaked and handles were wobbly. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

Room was nice, lobby and hallways were a little outdated looking. OK but when I made the reservation I didn’t realize there is no continental breakfast available at this hotel, so this err was on me. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time for I can pay the same price and get breakfast.

Great for families!
What a great room! We were in town for a football game. The room was spacious and clean. The entire staff was so friendly! Definitely on our list of places to stay in CSTAT!

The rooms were not ready. We moved twice. The first room was hot and humid AC not working properly. The next room had bugs. The building obviously needed some care. The staff was awesome. Taylor and Alexandria helped us get a room suitable for us to stay in. They exemplified customer service.

Christopher at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions on where to eat and where to get coffee. He made the check in and check out process very easy.
