Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a bit lacking. Maybe a waffle maker? Or even fresh, cold water to serve would have been helpful.

The space was great. They took two rooms and made it into one. Living room on one side a powder room with a sink in one bathroom, the other bathroom was the toilet and shower. The cleanliness was what lacked the most. I don’t think the floor hadn’t been cleaned for many visits. It was covered with debris and dirt and funky stuff. I wore my flip flops even in the shower. The curtain in the bathroom didn’t reach the floor to keep the water inside the shower so everytime we showered the bathroom floor flooded as you can see the mold around the shower and the baseboard swelled up with water as well. This would be a great space if it were maintained. Seems as if the staff was lacking as I asked for an extra blanket and was told they didn’t have any. Housekeeping came around and wanted to clean but we were still there so no problem but when I asked for clean towels from using ours to keep the bathroom from flooding, we got told they only have one and no others were offered or checked into to see if we could get another one for my partner. A/C went out the first night we were there. The front office lady was apologetic when she heard said it was unacceptable. She was the one who accommodated us and made it not so bad. Plenty of free parking. Over all okay….. could have been better.

Fair warning for those that choose to stay here. For starters, the staff was very nice BUT there was a foul odor that hit us as soon as we walked into the room, as if the room hadn’t seen fresh air in a decade. The courtyard shared a resemblance to the prison in the Walking Dead, very desolate and eerie. Within the same parking lot, there was a Carl’s Jr. constantly surrounded by a homeless encampment. Hoping others take this into account before their stay. We did not complete our stay and even with not being able to be refunded, we chose to book elsewhere.

The customer service was great, Ana the receptionist that helped us with check in was amazing at accommodating our needs. The room was very clean, tv programming was excellent and parking was great. No hassle at all. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Don't stay here. It's worth the extra money to stay just about anywhere else. Staff was fine, but the place is trash in every way.

Clean room, friendly, Staff. But there was homeless people around the Carl’s Jr. right across from my room. They require $100 deposit aside from your room rate. . Did not complete our stay as we left the next day, and we did not get a refund. Also The room smelled bad.

Definitely work in progress have had a great stay and the area is central so just a hop skip and jump to anywhere we went to some of your mission the other day and it was only 20 minutes away as opposed to an hour plus or downtown or Avenue right around the corner as well as the best food on fourth Avenue
