After a few hours in our first room we discovered bed bugs. Went to the front desk to report this and was given a new room. After a couple hours in the second room we discovered bed bugs again. Immediately packed our belongings and asked for a full refund at the front desk. Left the hotel about 1:00 in the morning which was too late to find another place to stay. Cold night sleeping in the truck.

Dirty bathroom, used soap sitting in tub. And I'm covered in bedbug bites which could only have come from this place. (Room 211... avoid at all costs.) Thankfully I kept absolutely everything off the floor, but now we're living in fear of an infestation.
Breakfast was available, which was OK.

The check in staff was so nice. I thought she was being nice by putting me on the ground floor newr the door, now i think its because i book on a 3rd party app and paid less. There was a large group of workers and families staying there, they were having a bbq and party outside the door until nearly midnight. They werent rude or obnoxious, but its a hotel and i came to sleep.

Room was clean and we received housekeeping services every day. The guest laundry area had a dirty floor (mud and debris) and the washing machine (front load) had a lot of mud around the seal. It needs to be cleaned.

Hot water wasnt working in my room, but you get what you pay for. Room was clean and more than I expected for being so cheap. The front desk staff was especially nice to deal with, very friendly and funny.

This was the worse place I have ever stayed. Our room was in the lower level actually below ground level… room smelled like urine!!! Room dirty… musty and my eyes swelled up from being in that environment. So gross!!! I do not recommend this place!!!

The bathroom had hair in the tub, along the wall and on the towels, the tub looked like it had never been scrubbed. The bedding looked clean. Booked last minute and needed a bed so couldn’t be too fussy.
