Left key in room while went out for a few hours, returned to the hotel at 1am, and they weren't at the door, and they didn't pick up their phone to let me in. I knocked and called repeatedly. It was freezing out. No one let me in until 8am when i saw a person walking around. I had nowhere to sleep, I had to sit at the 24/7 McDonalds all night. Do not support this business.

Very basic room I do not recommend it, besides that I chose king bed and they gave me another room. Smell of tobacco

Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket?
I questioned her, And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait.
I told her I wait at front desk.
She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”.
Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client.
She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk.
Worst ever motel experience.
Never choose this motel.

Quite possibly THE worst place I've EVER stayed at. 1. Reception had to be called upon arrival at 9pm and she did nothing but belch constantly behind the plexiglass barrier (small favors). 2. Parking looked like a scene out of 'The Wire' 3. Didn't dare sleep under the covers 4. Bathroom toilet lid couldn't be opened fully as it was SO far under the counter 5. Took nearly 20 minutes of running FULL HOT water to achieve even a glimmer of it.

Comfortable king size bed, but security lock on door missing, room needs paint job, tv was fine, outside premises is poor.

Room was basically clean. Sink water pressure/flow was off. A/C units from adjoining units were loud during the night.

房间里到处是虫子。走廊脏得要命。我预订了无障碍客房，结果被安排在没有电梯的二楼，这太不方便了。即使我们有残疾人停车牌，酒店老板也不让我们停在残疾人车位。我绝不会推荐住在这里，除非你觉得是在帐篷里露营。
