Very minimal services. Not very handicap friendly. Hot water does not come very quick due to hot water tank being in a different building. Walls are thin. Phones in rooms did not work. Most lighting was unplugged when entering room. Staff was nice. Breakfast minimal choice. I know it was off season for the hotel. But when arriving the place looked closed down and not open.

Day staff very nice. Pool unswimable . Hot tub cold not working, Door entering building not closing properly. Anyone can enter building, no screen on Window . Ac would quit working during night. Making it hot a stagnant. Hallway was as hot a desert. Surrounding restaurants warned of bed bugs. No house keeping. We were there 5 days no trash taken out, no clean towels, if wanted them you had go to office to get them. Looks like public hair on ceiling. Just completely outdated and dirty. BEDS LIKE SLEEPING ON HARD FLOOR. Only thing good was the lady at desk during the day.

Rooms were dirty, stains on the sheets, and missing light bulbs. Beds were stained. Sheets were torn in some parts. Security cameras hanging out of wall….

This property is in disrepair and it’s obvious the owners are not putting money back into it. Outside entrance door had broken security. Entry capers dirty. Ice maker didn’t work and vending machine was empty so I doubt the ice maker just broke. Bathroom sink had no stop and faucet had end piece removed so water sprayed everywhere. Chipped paint, rust in doors. Again obvious they’re not investing in the property and definitely not stay again.

Air conditioning didn’t keep room cool. No hot water for shower. When I let the front desk know they said let the tap run 10 minutes. It was more like an hour. I left the hotel early. Absolutely miserable experience. I’ll would not recommen! I wil never go back. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever experienced

Upon check in the area around the parking lot was trashy. The bedroom was 77 degrees when we checked in. It was hot. The phone didn’t work to call so we pushed it down to 61 which was the lowest you could turn it. If it wasn’t 930pm and getting in after a long drive I would have got another room. After about 2 hours it cooled off some but didn’t keep up anll night long. Also there was a used dirty towel hanging on the backside of the bathroom door. Breakfast goes until 930am and there were hardly any eggs no biscuits and 2 pieces of sausage left.
Place was on the trashy side which is sad because usually Baymonts are normally nicer. We will not be back

People living in their car outside. Place is very run down. The building smelled like a pet store. Room also had the odor. Room was not clean and hair on the comforters.
1. 第一天早餐只有面包片，没有鸡蛋、火腿等热食，之后几天连面包片都没了。（我的订单是包含早餐的。）
2. 第一天入住的时候，房间很乱，没有打扫。后来是酒店工作人员进来打扫的。
3. 洗澡的时候发现没有洗发水，只有护发素，只好打电话让送。更糟糕的是，洗到一半居然没有热水了。
4. 房间空调肉眼可见地脏，都发霉了，所以这几天我都不敢开空调。
我通常不给差评。即使只有上面提到的一两件事，我也不会生气，但这些问题加起来，真的让我感觉非常糟糕。即使现在是旅游淡季，顾客很少，但既然开门营业，就应该尽力把每件事都做好。
