The staff at breakfast were phenomenal. They were happy and friendly folks. If anything ran out, you tell them and it’s there.
Everything was wonderful except the noise of the exterior door closing was so loud near my room since I was at the end of the building.
Overall condition of room was not great. Carpet needs replacement. Shabby bathroom. Staff was very good though!
Excellent hotel. A little dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice, especially the nice lady who did breakfast.

they were requiring a fee for a slightly early check-in, and they had the room empty and ready to go.
Your picture of the hotel is very misleading. Will never stay there or any other Best Western ever again. That place should be torn down.
