Great get away.
The property was amazing. The service in the restaurant was top tier, thank you Charles! It is a bit of a walk to get to the beach however the walkway was nice and made the walk easier for the elderly family that was with us. The kids really enjoyed the tram rides to the main pool and they had an absolute blast in the pool. The only negative is that we asked for an extra hour for check out and were denied. That seems to be a pattern with Holiday Inn resorts. We weren’t asking for an excessive amount of time. Check out is 10 am which in my opinion is very early considering check in is 4pm. We only asked for 11 and were told no. The hotel was not busy at all so we feel they could have accommodated us. We will definitely return in the near future.

房间很宽敞。我们邮轮旅行前订了一间一卧室套房。邮轮回来后，因为我是会员，房间升级到了两卧室套房，太棒了。泳池很好。餐厅就一般般了，我不喜欢那种要去吧台点餐，然后食物才送过来的方式。不过，汽水可以免费续杯，这个额外服务很不错。酒店周围没什么设施，我们有朋友过来接我们去吃饭。这次旅行我们没有车，所以出行很不方便。酒店也没有礼品店。如果能有一个小小的便利店或者纪念品店，可以买点小零食或者最后一分钟的纪念品就好了。虽然我们房间附近的电梯一直坏着，但我整体还是挺满意的。
很遗憾，我们对这间公寓的性价比非常失望。我们每晚花了300多美元，却被安排到一间连窗户都没有的公寓，而且房间设施非常陈旧。很遗憾，我不推荐这家公寓。
酒店不错。水上乐园不错，但漂流河水流很慢。热水浴缸很棒。食物一般。客房洗衣房设备老旧，质量不稳定。毛巾政策很糟糕。

Great get away.
