Yes the fridge in the suite shop is currently down and we are waiting on a vendor to come to fix it, which will be here in the few days. With us being in a rural area these this take a little time to get fixed. Please know that management are not just ignoring these issues. The printer in the business center does work we are not sure why it doesn't print off of certain formats, and we are working on getting it fixed. The washer and dryer we have to run a line to it to get it fully running, but there is a fully functioning washer and dry next to it that is working. I apologize about the milk and I will address this issue. I understand that you may feel that management isn't working on these issues, however, we are fully aware of the issues and working on fixing them as soon as possible. 干净整洁，但早餐食物种类不多
令人担忧的是，很多东西都无法使用或“失灵”。你开始疑惑……为什么？电脑打印机无法使用，前台告诉我；入住大厅旁边的大冰箱失灵了；洗衣机和烘干机都失灵了。我早餐喝的牛奶快过期了，而且非常糟糕/凝固了。
现在，任何人都可以喝一两杯……但我觉得管理层没有管理好。太多东西都失灵了。
只是一个信号。
酒店非常漂亮、干净，早餐也很棒；但是前台员工很糟糕。我们预订了一张带沙发拉架的双人大床，但到了房间后，我们得到的是一张带沙发拉架的特大号床。我们和两个大人以及两个大孩子一起旅行，我们向前台解释说这不是我们预订的房间。他们只说酒店的其他房间都订满了，他们不能给我们安排另一个房间。他们甚至不能给我们折扣以弥补给我们带来的不便。后来，我打电话给客房部，要求房间里多放些毛巾（浴室里只有两条毛巾，而我们一共四个人）。他们让我到前台去拿。我不得不下楼，然后等至少十分钟才能拿到毛巾。
我们只住一晚，所以我们忍受了，但这真的很不愉快。

我们的房间干净宽敞。我们每晚都喜欢前台附近的巧克力曲奇饼干，每天早上都喜欢丰盛的自助早餐。床很舒服，前台工作人员都很友好和乐于助人。游泳池、附近的披萨店和恐龙博物馆、靠近美景和徒步旅行路线、美味的肉桂卷让这个地方很棒！我唯一的抱怨是淋浴水压低，但我仍然推荐这家酒店。
我肯定会再次入住这里。位置非常方便 - 就在高速公路旁，但仍然非常安静。附近有几家餐厅，还有超市和加油站。工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。房间、公共区域、走廊都非常干净，设施齐全。

全新，但所有链接都已解决。这是我们 2000 多英里公路旅行中最好的休息。早餐可以加一个无麸质松饼或吐司吗？
我们退房时前台没有人，所以我们把卡放在了退房时使用的投递箱里，我的确认价格是 178 美元，但退房后我被收取了 213 美元，我很不高兴！
我们住在四楼的特大床房。房间干净安静，床和枕头舒适，房间宽敞、设施齐全，浴室配有浴缸/淋浴组合。
