Good ac pretty clean easy parking pool was dirty ciggarett butt in pool leaves in pool cups laying around pool and lounge chairs were not good missing pieces u sit on but staff was helpful and friendly bathrooms need work tv was fuzzy hard to see poor picture quality

Made reservations online and paid, they still required a credit card and then a $100 cash deposit, cable tv was terrible only 4 channels came in clear, shower dripped, floor was sticky, cops were surrounding the building when I left,

The police were here because we do not tolerate people breaking our policies. The folks we were evicting when you checked out had abused their animals and were caught neglecting their little child. To like ? The gentleman that checked me in was great.
The bed was comfortable. The ac was good.
The bathtub was terrible ! It was filthy !!!! It was previously resurfaced but was peeling and DIRTY ! Had 2 roaches in the room !!!
I noticed that the hotel was going through an update so we hope that it will be better !!!
We just wanted a place to crash for the night ! They said it was open 24 /7 .@But I went to get coffee at 5 :30 am and the lobby was closed .
We most likely will not stay here again because of the bugs and how bad room 208 was !!
If you want a place to slleep for the night at a good price , this will be good as long as you know that it is not at " high " standards !!

Staff was extraordinarily rude at check in. They require IDs of all adults in room, which just added to check in time unnecessarily (companion had ID stashed well, unprepared to need it), lengthening check in as we couldn’t get started without all IDs present.
A $100 cash deposit was required as well, which was not disclosed prior to booking or I wouldn’t have booked. I have zero desire for the hassle to get that back in the morning at checkout.
The lady who worked the overnight was quite lovely and really the only food part of the stay. Bed was comfortable, and AC worked well, so there’s that.

酒店回复: Company standards and protocols require id for all adults.As well as , a deposit fee.Which is clearly stated on all booking websites.In addition , an email is sent out to all the booking parties with the same standards and protocols.Not adhering to said protocols results in wasted time.Guests should also be professional and courteous, especially when they do not adhere to these standards.

The location is walking distance of restaurants and fun activities! I slept great. This is my third time staying there and the rooms have been updated. The rooms look good.

因为我们预订的海滨公寓要到航班抵达的第二天才能入住，所以我们在这家汽车旅馆住了一晚。从外面看，这家汽车旅馆不怎么样，但我们也没介意，反正只住一晚，就是为了休息一下。我们刚进房间不到两分钟，就有一只巨大的蟑螂从床底下跑了出来！谢天谢地，我丈夫看见了，把它拍死了。如果不是地毯是深棕色图案的，我可能真的不会注意到它，那样我们很可能会把一些不速之客带到我们的公寓行李箱里！天呐。我们把所有东西都拉紧拉链，决定忍一忍，熬过这一晚。我们开着灯和电视，希望能阻止更多的蟑螂来“光顾”我们！我丈夫一直在警惕着蟑螂，后来又看到几只，但我们还是挺过来了。我们尽量对此保持幽默感，以免让我们的假期有个糟糕的开始，所以我们看了电影《乔的公寓》，并嘲笑了毛毯上那些可爱的蓝色（？）污渍、墙上的裂缝等等……第二天早上我们退房时，我们把那只被拍死的蟑螂带去作为证据，因为我们不喜欢抱怨，也不想让我们的假期沾染上任何不好的运气。办公室服务员似乎不太在意，但他说会找人给房间喷药。前一天晚上给我们办理入住的女服务员非常友好。无论如何，我们在睡觉前检查了床单之类的东西，其他一切都足够干净，可以应付。把你的行李拉好拉链，把所有东西都抖一抖，就没问题了！这家旅馆价格实惠，也达到了我们的目的。
来这里出差。前台接待员非常好。
非常适合与家人一起比赛，我一定会再次住在这里。
