This is certainly not the type of experience I would like us to provide to you nor to any guests and it is most unfortunate that we had you leave our doors unhappy. While I honestly do not have any excuse for this service shortfall, rest assured that we are working with our pest control company to take effective actions to have this issue resolved promptly to avoid further inconvenience to other guests. Meanwhile, we do have fogging carried away on weekly basis to ensure a pest free environment for our guests. Our supplier will further investigate any resurgence of mosquitoes in the area to minimize any discomfort for our guests. With regard to the water leaking from sink in the bathroom, I have reviewed this matter with our Director of Engineering to immediately inspect the room you have stayed and take the appropriate corrective actions to avoid any inconvenience to other guests in the future.Pertaining to the noise inconvenience coming from outside of the hotel, allow me to transparently share that we are currently exploring ways to further improve the isolation of the room facing the street side. Please bear with me and my team as we work diligently to further enhance the comfort of our guests. Allow me to transparently share that, while we may not be able to change the hotel location, for our guest's convenience, we have an hourly shuttle service to take them to the BTS Sky train as well as the Central Embassy and Central Chidlom shopping malls, where there are countless stores, many convenience stores, additional restaurants and more. 酒店环境和餐食都很棒,工作人员也很nice~酒店旁边就是奈乐庄园!也有接驳车到地铁站附近,相当方便!
卫生间洗手池漏水,上面洗手,水都喷出来了,地下一地水。房间有蚊子🦟,预定两晚,根本没睡好,房间隔音效果也不好,摩托车呜呜呜呜行驶,我们刚好住的沿街房。要一把梳子,久久送不来
这个酒店有点不像酒店,可能是一个康养中心改造的。早餐很好,吃个三天新鲜劲就过了。房间隔音非常一般,距离地铁站和711都不近。好在不在闹市区。住了10天才发现有接驳车去地铁站,希望前台可以在入住时告知一声。此外这个价位的卫生纸和吹风机实在是都没法跟国内的桔子酒店相比,而卫生纸和饮用水的品质正是可以体现酒店细节的地方。
早餐很好值得推荐,一楼绿化也很好,酒店服务人员也很热情,整体不错,就是吹风机比较老风力不太好,阳台门也比较难开关,房间设施也比较简单没那么新

我们全家最喜欢的酒店!我们在这里住了6晚,一切都完美无缺。Sky帮我们办理了入住和退房手续,服务非常热情专业。这里的款待真是无与伦伦,我们特别喜欢早餐和每天的巧克力时光。我们非常享受这次住宿,从现在起,我们只会选择瑞享酒店。强烈推荐!

我们来这里庆祝结婚纪念日,真是太棒了!我们住得非常愉快,服务也是一流的!我们忘记带转换插头了,所以在办理入住时提了一下,Sky接待了我们,她非常友好和乐于助人,等我们到了房间,转换插头也已经送到了。不过后来发现其实用不着,因为房间里已经安装了兼容国际旅客使用的插座。自助早餐的种类很丰富,而且食物都很健康,我们很喜欢。这次我们因为外出探索城市,错过了巧克力时间。我们还使用了24/7开放的健身设施,对提供的各种器械也非常满意。如果我再来的话,一定会再次选择这里入住!
定之前看了之前住客的评价,忐忑了很久才决定试试,反正就住一天。。。
简单说吧,酒店很新,房间设施很新,一千三左右的价位,当然看时间了。,,在曼谷能住到带阳台的这么大真的很满意。。。人不多,环境比较好。。。
前面有人说洗澡水压不够,我特担心。。。入住之后完全没这回事。。。前台会中文。。。下回提前定价格估计会控制在800多。。。
这次旅行是为了给我姐妹们庆祝生日。一进房间,看到桌上摆着一个天鹅绒蛋糕,我们立刻感受到了酒店的热情欢迎。除了水压有点小,其他方面我们都非常满意,没有可以抱怨的。
比我预期要差,因为我喜欢这个牌子的酒店,结果发现是没有服务的,房间卫生也不太好,周边没有7-11买东西不太方便,出入都需要打车,但是又堵车!
