I appreciate that we cannot get it right all the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the guests stay, to ensure that they leave us feeling happy and relaxed.
The security staff is very rude, the property is a magnet for a lot of homeless people, trash all over the parking lot, the rooms need a lot of improvement starting with the toilets because a lot of the toilets leaks water all over the bathroom floor, the washing machines are “never working”, still haven’t fixed the elevator which is in convenient for a lot of elderly and disabled people. Is just a lot that need to be either changed or fixed at this hotel. As of now I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I’ll NEVER stay here again! The place looked torn down. The room was FILTHY, wreaked of smoke, the toilet wouldn’t flush, there were dead roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. I drove down 8 hours from NJ and had a few hours before a job interview. I wanted to take a 2 hour nap but couldn’t cause I was nauseous from the smell and freaked out about the roaches and didn’t want to keep my eyes off my bags so nothing crawled in. I got ready as best I could for my interview and left with my things. I came back at 11am when they were open and checked out. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!! I wish I would have read the reviews first cause it seems most people had the same experience. Just GROSS!!!

Would not recommend
Mold on the ceiling of shower, no shower curtain , room REEKED of cigarette smoke, very uncomfortable beds and everything was miles away from the photos / description. Staff was nice and friendly, hot water and AC were fine, everything worked but that place is SHOT

Please Don’t
I had to stay here with my children and I tried to leave so quick I forgot to take pictures. The pictures online are NOT what the rooms look like. Strong smell of urine outside in the stairs and in the room in the bathrooms. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. It’s no way the corporate office knows this building looks like this. Elevator didn’t work. I was so uncomfortable I didn’t even use the shower or toilet. Kitchen is pointless. Cabinets are white with black stains inside. This building needs to be reported and shut down.
