Had to leave for a different hotel after checking in and finding no cold water in the sink, bathroom door had holes and wouldn’t close, and toilet clogged upon entry. Called the front desk to let the dude know we were leaving because of the conditions and he didn’t offer another room or anything. Just thanks for letting us know. He also had a kid at the desk with him who was asking to leave. Strange place and a total weirdo.

The staff was polite, kind, professional and welcoming. The room was clean and breakfast was plentiful. Unfortunately one of our neighbors was smoking and the smell came through our walls, and we had a child with us, but that isn't the hotel's fault so the five star remains.

Not variety nor had individual butters or cream cheese (they were both put together in the same container)
Accessible room didn’t have enough towels or trash cans, shower was hard to turn on.
There was not enough accessible parking spaces nor one close to the room.

Room was decent - the gentleman at the front desk acted like it was a bother to check me couldn’t get me out of the lobby quick enough was just rude and unprofessional not that I was expecting to have a red carpet rolled out for me soon as I walked in the door he said what and I said I’m checking in drivers license handed it to him. Didn’t say another word didn’t look at me or acknowledge took my drivers license. Enter something into the computer made my room key and handed it to me and said you’re in the building behind this building. have a good evening.

I was very disappointed in the room. We paid for a whirlpool/hot tub in our room. It was filthy and did not work. If we wanted to take a bath we could have done that at home. When we plugged something in, the light had to stay on. The housekeeper needs to do a better job vacuuming. Spider webs and dirt along the baseboards.

They gave my room away and so they down graded me to a room that was nasty and didn’t have ac/heat it’s was broken I complained they gave me another room and it was missing remote and no ac or heat once again cause it was broken

John went out of his way at my checkout due to issue with deposit. He made sure I received it even thought he front desk person was not there at my checkout.

The Sara lady is extremely rude and un professional.she gonna tell a Lady at 8 in the morning if ya don't have your reservation in by 11 sharp she gonna call the police in front of everyone in the office .never seen someone so rude and hateful .If she don't like people she should not be working there.what horrible way to be greeted first thing in the morning.
