We always stay at the Holiday Inn when we come to Globe I want to start off by saying that I love Amy who works at the desk she has always been very helpful and very friendly she is an absolute ray of sunshine she goes above and beyond to make sure that our stay is perfect if we have any issues she is on top of it she does the work of a million people. This being said we have never had any issues and have always had a very good stay but this time upon check in we went to the room we were first given only to find it dirty (unmade beds dirty towels trash full tv still on etc) so Amy immediately gave us a new room after apologizing she did what she needed to do but the second room key did not work it flashed red and green and door wouldn’t open after trying a few time I went back down and again Amy apologized and we got into a room Anyway the last couple of times We have stayed I have been noticing people hanging out by side doors people I have watched walking to the hotel and then we have seen employees at the hotel bringing these people in the side doors (side doors are opened by room key cards fir safety) this happens early evening time or night then they are seen later with the same employees in the hotel as if they have a room and seeing them leave the next morning through a side door this tends to make a person feel uneasy and unsafe.We usually have a good experience hopefully things change

It was unfortunate that the pool and the Jacuzzi were not working because we came down from the lake and really wanted to enjoy both of those things. Also, when I woke up in the morning, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Not really that big of a deal. Those things happen! The breakfast was great and so is the staff.

The stay was good, comfortable beds and pillows it was pretty clean. Housekeeping checked with us one morning to ask if we needed anything. The only issue I had, was the person at the front desk called all day about a pre-authorization bc the hotel was full for the weekend. We were traveling and I was in and out of service and every time I called they put me on hold for a while and I would lose the call due to service. When I finally got a hold of her, I expressed I have never had anyone try to pre-authorize my card before we arrived for check in. The lady on the phone said it was the owners who wanted everyone to pay before arriving at the hotel.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They “accidentally” charged my car an extra amount equivalent to a room, didn’t tell me and I was out that money all weekend due to not getting the return till a week day. I had to pay late fees on bills I couldn’t pay cause they took that extra payment out as well as an additional 25 dollar fee. Then I went downstairs to get a snack and the front desk lady was talking crap about me in the lobby with other people present, while not knowing I was the person she was talking crap about. I called the manager several times and when she finally got back to me she said all she can offer me is extra points if I become a member?!?! There was no way I would become a member of a hotel that treats people they serve so badly! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

It was nice . The bed and pillows were comfy. Lots of options to watch on TV. Nice Dove products in the bathroom, which felt luxurious. Nicely decorated room. We had a very pleasant stay!
