酒店回复: Hello, thank you for taking the time to give us a review. The birds, are cattle egrets, are federally protected and are migratory birds. We cannot scare them away, our maintenance personnel tries their best to upkeep with their mess. I'll have staff check on the other issues mentioned by you.

酒店回复: Dear Guest , We would like to apologize for your experience and would like to ensure you that it is not a regular experience at our hotel. Unfortunately day of your stay we had major Hot Water Pipe leak which was needed to be fixed urgently even with best of our effort we did had to shut down Hot water for 4-5 hours which may have caused Temp Fluctuation we tried out best to do it during non busy time and notified majority of guest. As you noticed we are going through remodeling and almost 75 % done. We would request to give us another chance in near future to catch us at our best. Thank you

As part of our recent renovations, we no longer offer rooms with a king and double bed configuration. We’re not sure why ******* listed that as an upgrade option, and we’re currently following up with them to ensure this is corrected moving forward.Had we known during your stay that the bed was uncomfortable, we would have been more than happy to offer you a different room to make you more comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any notification at the time, and we truly wish we’d had the opportunity to address the issue right away.We value your feedback and take it seriously as it helps us improve.
