The room was dirty and full of cockroaches. It was a very unpleasant experience from the moment we arrived. The staff didn’t offer any proper solution or cleaning. I do not recommend this hotel at all — they seriously need to improve their hygiene standards.

Small room that was noisy from the Interstate. A/C was loud, room temp was warm. Fridge was loud. Hallways were loud. Not a very good experience for me.

The room I checked into had broken glass on the bed. There had been a picture hanging above the headboard that had fallen off the wall and there were shards of broken glass in the bed. Unfortunately, I didn’t see this glass until I laid down on it because the room was dark. I got scrapes on my arm as a result. The clerk at the desk was very helpful, assigned me a new room, and checked on me a couple of times to make sure I wasn’t injured badly. On an unrelated note, while walking to the new room the fire detector in the hall is chirping and needs replacement batteries. Facilities might need some attention.

Kept my $400
I had a couple roaches in my room and someone that worked there stole some of my boyfriend clothes and pair of shoes. Then I got kicked out of my room after I just paid for 4 more nights and didn’t get refunded. The reason I got kicked out is bc the owner found out after a month of me staying there that I had a cat and he said there was a no pet policy eventho the other employees knew I had my cat there and it was ok and there was several other dogs that were there bc I saw them being walked!! They did me so wrong and only gave me an hour to get everything out knowing I had to be at work in 10 minutes so I was late for work!!

Not smoke free
This hotel advertises smoke free rooms but apparently the hall ways and rooms next to the smoke free rooms are not smoke free. It was miserable.

Great stay but smelly stay.
While the hotel itself was nice for the price, my main complaints are I smelled cigarettes the entire time I was there. Every time I left my room, it reeked of cigarettes in a NON SMOKING hotel. Also, we did not get cleaning services at all while there. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights.. ran out of tissue and towels multiple times. We always saw the housekeepers cleaning other rooms but never cleaned ours
