Super clean and spacious rooms, interior hallways, safe and easily access DFW, Arlington, beautiful nature view, well lit and secured for the value definutely will return when I visit Fort Worth again!

Worst customer service
The guy at te desk is very rude. I dont recommend this place to amyone. Wordte customer service. 10 minutes before checkout he knocked on the room door to let is know we had 10 minutes to check out , which was at 11am. Then at 11 he came in the room and tossed anything we had in the trash.

The hotel itself was pretty clean the property manager's owners were very strict us being in town visiting family members and having one come by the first time just to visit was a huge issue which should not have been who they came in and just seen us for a few minutes say hi but that thing good to see you and they made the biggest hoop we had to pay extra $3 just for them coming to visit by and see a little bit not the family place to go

Started with there be pictures of a pool online when I booked and it had been filled with concrete. Then when I got into the room I found cigarette burns in the comforter and stains on the sheets. Then I found a couple bugs in the room. When I went to check out I had to use the phone outside the lobby to call them because the lobby door was locked, a gentleman on the other end said to just leave it at the window and I tried asking for a receipt but he hung up on me. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND STAYING HERE!!

I stay one night had the cops called on me. For a noise complaint The manager. Insisted on searching my room after being told no several time I was charged 150 with no explanation on why which was no the deposit

Horrible
Very upsetting because they did not find my reservation through hotels that i made they said it wasnt in the system, no hair dryer in the room and the door to the room did not close all the way they had a flimsy latch to hold it shut
