Room was dirty, hole in the bathtub that was big and had tape over it, hole in wall by toilet. Towels were small and only two in a room with two beds, we had 3 people staying. Staff was rude when asked for an extra towel. Only a thin blanket was on the beds and it is winter time in Utah. When I asked for an extra blanket I was told “we do not have any extra”. Pool had so much chlorine that the smell was so strong the whole front area of the hotel smelled. Swimming made your eyes burn from the fumes.

The beds were comfortable and the overall room was nice but the carpet was filthy with a lo t of stains. A half hour with a rug scrubber would have made all the difference.

I can't give a great review because I left 15 minutes after arrival. They did give me a pretty hassle free refund, so the stars are for that.

The blankets and towels had black stains on them, I'm assuming makeup, although the blanket looked like a burn stain of sorts. The pillows also made for a hard night's sleep. They lumped in odd places. But the pool was nice, and I had it all to myself! It was extremely quiet in the room in regards to neighbors. The staff were very nice as well.

Turned tv on and remote would only turn volume up and down! Couldn’t change channels! Tried different remote! Same thing ! Couldn’t use tv!

The curtains were falling off the wall when I got in there. Two of the lamps didn't work or didn't have light bulbs. And then they didn't give me my $100 deposit back that they insisted I left

我们预订了一间大床房（估计是特大号的）。办理入住时，前台却说特大号床的房间已经没有了，给我们升级到了一间双人大床房。然而，当我们进入房间后，却发现只是一间单人大床房。我们感觉受到了欺骗，因此决定只住一晚。
酒店就在I-15高速公路旁边。直到深夜，来自繁忙车流的噪音都持续不断且十分严重。如果您对这类干扰比较敏感，那么这家酒店可能不是一个好选择。
