酒店回复: We apologize that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. As we discussed with you, Holiday Inns are changing their breakfast to a buffet style. Also, we credited your account for the 2 days where you paid for breakfast but was unsatisfied and lowered your rate so as to not charge you for breakfast the following 2 days of your stay. I hope this clears up any confusion. We appreciate the feedback and hopefully, you will give a chance to do better during your next trip.

酒店太棒了！河景房宽敞舒适，令人惊艳。室内泳池配有落地窗，室外还有篝火坑，工作人员和服务以及餐厅/酒吧都非常出色！
自助早餐糟透了。炒鸡蛋颜色很淡，没有培根，香肠是冷的，还有两个皱巴巴的橙子。我们花了20美元请了一位厨师点餐，结果酒店把早餐改成了自助餐。
我今天早上吃不下，所以每天早上都去附近的餐馆吃早餐。
前台似乎有些恼火，不太热情。房间进门时看起来不干净。把个人物品放在看起来不干净的家具上很不舒服。淋浴缺少洗漱用品。空调完全空了。电视不能像描述的那样工作。遥控器甚至无法打开频道指南。对于这个房间的价格和提供的设施，我感到非常失望。
河滨假日酒店
很棒的酒店……我在这里住过好几次了。前台和酒店员工的服务一直都是一流的！！！！！
餐厅员工不太友好，也不太乐于助人。四星。

从入住到退房，我们都享受了非常棒的体验。每个人都非常热情友好。
房间很棒——停车场很近，而且有停车位。
早餐和服务都很棒，免费咖啡也很棒！
这是一家很棒的河畔酒店，我们的房间带阳台，我们非常喜欢。酒店后面可以快速到达河边的人行道，而且离一个很棒的公园也不远，公园里有喷泉和秋千。
阳台景色优美，阳台地板需要清洗一下。空调滤网很脏，浴室浴缸排水管被头发堵塞，房间地毯也需要升级。我清洗了空调滤网和浴缸排水管。床也很棒。
非常棒的酒店，设施齐全，包括餐厅、酒吧等，步行即可到达其他餐厅。欧文斯伯勒附近还有一条不错的河滨步道。
工作人员很棒，房间里有我需要的一切。河景更是锦上添花。以后再来这附近一定会再来的！
