Sticky beverage rings all over nightstand and desk. Floor was sticky. Hair in bathtub. Towels are awful. Hotel has thin walls and was noisy. We didn’t sleep well. Don’t believe the reviews or pictures. Worst of 7 hotels we stayed in on our trip. Overpriced.

Noisy; an alarm in a vacant room kept going off at 5 a.m.for three days in a row. The clerk would not take care of the problem. T.V. was not connected and the clerk failed to fix it after two requests. No working room phone. No clock. Not safe for elderly and limited guest. Uneven pavement and side walks. No elevator. No safety bars in the tub. Unable to contact the hotel before the scheduled arrival. Then to top off the entire horrible experience, the trains were rumbling, screeching, roar through all night long. Yeah it was cheep - I wish I could get my money back as housekeeping took my personal pillow that I brought with me.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable even though it is old. Only problem was the bath towels. They are terrible. Could not hardly get dry after my shower! They definitely need to invest in new towels!

Hotel should not be assoc with Wyndham
I reserved this hotel due to it being associated with Wyndham. What a mistake!!! At check in I had to pay $200 deposit since I was a Cheyenne resident. There was nothing on the website that told me this. Then at check out they HAD to go and look at the room to be sure I could get my deposit back. I am 74 years Old - What would/could I do to the room???
The bathroom was so small you couldn't open the door if you were at the sink. No Grab Bars in tub for safety.
I requested to be on the 1st floor due to the hotel not having an elevator. IT wasn't first floor - it was a garden level with RAMPS to get to it!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
双人房住了三晚，挺舒适的，但没有打扫。我们入住时不得不要求提供毛巾。洗澡和洗手只有一个肥皂，有点不够用。早餐选择不多，分量也有点少。
我们是前一天半夜才入住的，本来想好好休息一下。结果第二天早上八点左右就有人敲门说要打扫卫生。我跟他说不用了，但九点过后他又来敲门了。真是完全没休息好！
