He is a new employee since three weeks.All pre paid reservations motel requires 50-100 security deposit for incidental charges. ******* also advised us to take deposit. In ******* web site for my motel it says motel requires 50- 100 deposit. Your card charged by ******* and ******* send us their one time use virtual card.In case any incidental charge or damage we don't have guest's card info to charge.Motel didn't charge you any extra charge. Per your review you have an evidences for these charges. You should have to post your evidences so people can know what is the truth. I refunded your deposit same day you checked out. If it is a debit card all banks hold the money for up to two weeks. This is all bank's policy. Merchant can't do anything. During checked out I told you deposit refunded back to your card. Why you didn't tell me about additional charges? All guests who were charged additional they confirm with the manager what is this charge for? They want to be clear on this type of charges.But unfortunately you didn't tell me.
酒店回复: Sorry for your inconvenience and dissatisfaction for your stay. Night clerk told me about the extra person charge. But it was his mistake. I show him that reservation is for 4 adults. So we can't charge extra. For this again I am sorry.My none of the employees smoke including housekeepers.So I can't say. For nasty and dirty room you didn't complain at the desk nor at the time of check out. We check all the rooms after housekeepers clean. It is possible that guest might smoke in the room even though he knew room is non smoking.
酒店回复: I apologize for all your inconvenience. You never complained at the desk after you checked in.I don't think that any of the guest would stay in dirty room also hairs and toothpaste in the sink. You have a two rooms and you didn't like to pay 50 security deposit per room. In your confirmation email sent from ******* it says motel require 50 security deposit that will be refunded at the time of check out if every thing is ok in the room.

I like that the lobby area was clean and the room was clean as well. Staff was great. I love the breakfast in the morning. I would stay there again.

Great check in, front desk clerk was sweet & kind. Our room was clean, quiet & perfect for our family. Breakfast selection was slim so that could use improvement but overall would stay again. Thank you
