We have had great experiences with Staybridges , unfortunately this one was not one of them. There is no way to sugar coat this. When we walked in to the lobby it seem a bit dated and uninviting. However the receptionist was very nice and got us checked in quickly. That was about the only highlight though. When we walked into our room, we noticed what we first thought were fruit flies on the kitchen countertop, but then quickly realized they were cockroaches. We immediately turned around and went back down to the lobby. We asked for a new room, which we were give. But we wanted to make sure so the wife and I went to inspect it before taking all out stuff up. At first glance we notice it was cleaner and at first there was no signed of the roaches. But when we went to the bathroom we saw one on the floor. Again turned around and walked and. Ultimately we decided to go elsewhere. We didn’t want to risk taking bugs back home.

Hotel was old. Dining and Lobby had no air conditioning. Two rooms in our party had roaches. We reported it.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room needed sprucing up. You could tell no one has stayed in that room for some time. You could see where we sat on the couch due to the dust. There was dirt and just in the floors. The bathroom counter was dirty. I had to clean it off. The bathtub was dirty. But the room size and kitchenette made it worth the stay.

The rooms were great and the ability to do laundry for free was great also most of the staff was very pleasant

The price for a suite was great, however the room smelled very musty to the point we had to go buy air freshener. The shower had rust around the faucet and at the bottom of the tub. The hot breakfast options were awful, fake bacon, eggs were dry and gross, sausage was hard. The beds were super comfortable and pillows too, staff was very friendly.

Needs too much work for the price
Front desk clerk was very nice. The decor in the lobby was nice. Breakfast was lacking, the room smelled, needed paint, tub was rusted. There was a crack or hole right by the door out to the balcony.

The property was very outdated. my room the couch was stained and faded. tub was rusted. bed was very comfortable. WORST PART WAS WOKE UP TO BUGS IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM. so next night had to sleep with all lights on, so they would not come out
