Room was clean, large, more than adequate, bed comfortable, staff was quick and professional. Mexican restaurant next door was very good and reasonable. over all just a pleasant stay.

Heather was wonderful! However, kids and I came to the front desk around the time cookies were said to be happening and there were none out!

I am positive I had booked the room with the jacuzzi. Somehow I got a different suite. So I wanted to pay the difference and switch. They said no then I wanted to down grade to a regular room since what I wanted was the hot tub. They also said no

I'm sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.After reviewing the details of your reservation both through ******* and our internal records, I can confirm that you booked a prepaid stay for our Extra-Large King Suite, which includes a separate bedroom, living room with a Murphy bed, walk-in closet, cave-style shower, and a full-sized kitchen. There were no changes made to your reservation.Regarding your expectation of a jacuzzi tub; the room you reserved does not include this feature, neither the room description nor the images provided on ******* suggest otherwise. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi suites were already reserved and occupied on the night of your stay.As for the interaction at the front desk, our agent explained to you that we did only have the suite you reserved and regular double queens available and due to the nature of your prepaid ******* reservation, we were unable to offer a refund or downgrade to a different room, as the payment was made directly to *******. We did offer the option to cancel through ******* and rebook, though any refund would have been subject to their policies.While the room may not have been what you were intending to book, I hope you were still able to enjoy the many amenities of our spacious suite. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back in the future. Should you be interested in one of our jacuzzi rooms next time, we recommend booking early, as they tend to sell out quickly.

I truly enjoyed my stay here at the hotel. There were some hiccups when they came to service such as the person completing onwards and that was not nice or not.

所有服务人员都非常专业、礼貌、热情友好。晚上提供的饼干也很美味。早餐种类丰富，还有现点现做的煎蛋卷，给我留下了深刻的印象。除了在游轮上，我从未体验过如此丰盛的早餐。我们在早餐区用餐时，经理过来和我们聊天，他非常友善亲切。他询问我们早餐是否满意，对酒店的感受以及入住期间的体验。他还询问我们来此的目的，并向我们介绍了步行路线和当地信息。他的妻子和女儿也向我们问好。
