The person behind the counter was courteous and very helpful, the room was clean, there were plenty of towels and toiletries

The check in staff was extremely rude. For the incidental charge, I wanted to give cash, so I would get it back in the morning. He refused to take cash.It made me put it at my card and told me if I didn't.I couldn't stay the night

Room was not good
No shower curtain and when I called for one I was told I could get it from the front desk and put it up myself
Water pressure was low
Exhaust fan didn’t work

The property was very unclean, they had to redo the key cards several times for us to get into our room, finally booked us on different floor. Not one clock in room had correct time, the building itself needs to be renovated.... fear there may have been bed bugs . Will never book with comfort suites again

The Elevator Only One Was Working. It Was Dirty, It Was Slow. Had To Wait For Help At The Front Desk Every Time. Checking in and checking out. Only one ice machine worked and that was on the second floor. It was hot in the hotel, The pool area, the bathroom didnt have electricity couldnt use the light or the dryer for hands. The room we stayed in wasnt clean the way it should have been. Hard looking either rocks or something on the floor. Dirty spoon under the nightstand.

The best thing was the pool and jacuzzi! It’s one of the things I look for when traveling.

Didn’t use any amenities . Thought it was odd I had to pay a 100.00 deposit for the room after I paid for the room online. Didn’t like the bait and switch cost for a room !
