The carpet in the hallways need a good cleaning. Also there needs to be more lighting in the parking lot for security purposes

Arrived well after the 3pm check in time only to find out our room was not ready yet and they did not have a timeframe of when it would be ready. Took at least 30 mins to even get to check in because the front desk clerk was outside on her phone taking a personal phone call then proceeded to come inside and continue her personal phone call and not help anyone. I was not even acknowledged that I was there or was even told they would be with me when they could. They just completely ignored me. Room was clean for the most part, the bath tub had some dirt residue leftover. I have never had issues at a holiday inn, but the initial experience is making me second guess finding my go to hotel for stays.

The room was propped open and the tv on when we arrived. The staff quickly checked the room and wiped it down. The water was not hot.

1st floor very nice breakfast was good however the carpet on the 2nd floor hallway was filthy, the room was in great need of repair and I would not stay here again.

No attention to details. Rugs, curtains looked worn out.
Beds were uncomfortable- past time to replace mattresses.

The reception staff was so friendly and helpful. A pleasure to work with! The building is in need of some repairs or updates but it was comfortable enough and the breakfast was great as always at Holiday Inn express!

Very clean and fresh. Thoughtful choices everywhere - great breakfast with humorous slogans as a start to the day - shower curtain with magnets to keep it in place - Keurig coffee in room. Just a great place to stay.
