We received an email asking if what time we wanted to check out. Everything from 7am - 12pm were given as options. I selected 12pm. We had the cleaning lady tell my adult kids, "If you aren't out by 1230am, I'll have to charge you. Also, there was no hot water. The comforter also had what appeared to be black mascara or ashes on it. We have stayed here plenty of times. Every time before this trip has been nothing but great.

Our rooms were clean on arrival however they didn’t clean the rooms while we were there we didn’t have fresh towels I asked for towels we never received them. The pool was unavailable which is the main reason I booked there. We went to the lobby for breaks we were there maybe 10 minutes there were barely any food there they brought out bacon my daughter fixed bacon for her and myself the pantry/kitchen worker with the Dora The Explorer haircut told her to save some for others while the other guests cleared the breakfast bar out several times never once did she say anything to them when I addressed it to her she said she didn’t notice it which was a lie! I told the front desk manager but being honest I doubt she’ll do anything about it! I will NEVER book there again!

Normally we stay here every year. But this year our room was not up to par. There was mold around the light socket, and you could see the water inside of the alarm on the wall. We had asked the front desk to swap room and they only had kings available. You would think that they would have house keeping come up and clean the mold, but they didn't we had to ask for a spray bottle to clean it. Then the fire alarm went off at 3am and you couldn't hear it from our room. You could only see the flashing light from the bathroom.

Pool not accessible

We booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The second we walked in, we were told the pool was closed for renovations along with the fitness center. This put a damper on the whole trip.

Highly do not recommend

When I first arrived we couldn’t check in because internet was down. Clerk told me to go down the street to Red Roof Inn. I informed him that I had already paid for three nights here and had no intention on paying again somewhere else. He then said I could probably get a refund if I came back in the morning. I offered to show my receipt and confirmation. He declined. I asked him to call a manager. He said he called and the manager said that there was nothing they could do. After a while another employee came and said he could check us in on his phone. We finally got in right before midnight! The room was ok. Housekeeping never came during our stay. Trash running over in the room. I had to ask a housekeeper on the hall for toilet paper and towels. The air conditioner in the room would not keep the room cool. I definitely do not recommend. Would not book again

Great Staff

The staff was really nice and helpful. The bed sheets was not clean and dirty. The staff was kind enough to give us new sheets. The staff was very patient and did the best they could to help.
