Really liked this hotel. It was great fun as there was a quiz night on a Tuesday with a great atmosphere. Room was very good. Staff very nice.

Very clean and comfortable room. Great bed, quiet area. Excellent breakfast. Short walk into town. I liked the option of not having the room serviced and receiving a free drink! The lift was a bit dodgy - very slow. Enjoyed my stay.

The room was well-equipped, very clean and comfortable. The staff were generally very friendly, and breakfast was tasty. Our main disappointment was a blanket ‘no’ when we asked to check in half an hour early, with no apparent effort made to justify such a hasty refusal.This made our stay feel less personal overall, which was a shame when everything else was of the high standard you would expect from a hotel in this price range.

The hotel was outstanding.
Rooms were beautifully decorated, staff efficient, good quality of food and drink.
Excellent location for walk into town and the race course.
Would definitely return.

Everything was great.

It wasn’t easy to park my van, but it does warn you parking is first come first served.
