I did not eat the breakfast as we had plans. My family and I have stayed here in years past for the Hills of Home festival and it was super nice and clean. For those reasons, I decided to book again. This time, the carpets are very dirty. Especially in the elevator. None of it looks like it’s ever been cleaned. The staff however, were super friendly and informative on local eats, etc. Also, My kids were sad to hear that the cat passed away!

Our first stay here. The hotel was quiet and staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast included and offered good choice. Would stay again if ever in area.

Excellent location in Downtown Clintwood. Very friendly staff. Wonderful waffles and Chobani in the morning with other breakfast items as well. We will return when visiting again. Thank you !!

The two young ladies Shannon with the fancy fingernails and the I think house keeping Lilly?. Were perfect examples of Southern hospitality and charm. Most important they have fried bologna for breakfast! Just need some Dukes Mayo and Sauers mustard for the perfect bologna and egg sandwich!
