We’ve stayed here multiple times and never had a complaint until now. The toilet has mildew around the rim and there was hair on the bedside table had hair on it. There was gum or something stuck on one of the bedside lamps. The toilet overflowed and I had a hard time explaining this to the owner (female) due to language barrier. She did walk up stairs so I could show her. All the soda machines were out of order. The juice machine in the lobby didn’t work and at 8:30, there was no coffee made in the lobby. They used to have continental breakfast but she said they only offer that in the summer.

First room TV didn't work, looked nasty and had roaches crawling around second room a little cleaner still had roaches, window was wide open for some reason and after second nite had to go to front desk and let them know the room was never clean and it needed fresh towels. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had we ended up leaving a day early because of it.

Don't know if it's the worst place I've ever stayed but between the roaches and the filth definitely close to it.

Safety concern: I checked in while my family waited in the car, when reception gave me my card, she said the number out loud instead of pointing to it. This is a major safety concern. If you exit to the backyard, you will get locked outs the gate is locked so you will have to knock until someone lets you back in.
Entire place seems like it had basic cleaning, but really needs a deep cleaning. The walls of the room were filthy, the floors were not very clean, there was hair in the sink drain, someone had clearly spilled something down the front of the kitchen cabinets and it had not been cleaned, staining visible on some sheets and duvet, etc..
There is NO ELEVATOR. Be aware of this if you request a second floor room.
While it was clear from reading the website ahead of time that there was no breakfast, it was not clear that the kitchenette came with nothing (as far as kitchen plates or utensils go). This could be an easy fix on the website.
Surrounding area is convenient, with many restaurants and a Walmart. Not really walking accessible though.
Bed is decently comfortable although pillows are terribly thin. Towels are similarly rough and small.
Kitchenette had a full-size fridge and freezer though, which was a surprisingly nice bonus.
Pretty standard for what I would say is a two star hotel, although they could make improvements in cleanliness and safety.

NOT GOOD DO NOT RECOMMEND
Hotel Receptionist was great. Absolute one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Booked 2 nights but only stayed for one. Booked a non smoking room, but got a heavily smoked in room. Dressers missing handles. Beds were not cleaned. Walls were dirty not sure what it was brown/gold splattering in corner of the wall. Turned A/C on and it started flowing water into the room like a river. Sitting on bed with my son and when the door was shut the whole window/frame fell inside onto the floor with a loud bang and thank god nothing or nobody was in the way. Literally horrible. Currently trying to get one night refunded and will modify my review if assisted with that due to the kind receptionist.

Bed was made but sheets not changed which really freaked us out. Sand at bottom - some of it black, and lots of human hair. Room was changed after front desk attendant was convinced of our predicament. Then none of us slept well having experienced this.
