I had two reservations and one of the rooms had dead cockroaches. We let them know and asked if they could vacuum the room, they never did it. Then the second room, I called to let them know that it was going to be a late check in and the manager was rude towards me and told me that if I didn’t pay before 3:00pm, they would cancel my reservation. All after telling her I already had another room checked in, and that she could have used that some information for the second room. No elevators

Looks like it was a cockroaches infection, there was like 8-10 dead in the room. Informed the manager, she was rude and said that wasn’t possible, I requested to send someone to see it and clean it but she didn’t send nobody. Room never was cleaned or bed done , just towels and toilet paper.

There was a really annoying sound heard thru the wall that went on all night. Kept my wife from being able to sleep. A refund would be nice.

I chose to stay here because the last stay we had a pretty decent room. This time , the room was absolutely disgusting. The room made me and my kids sick. There were dead bugs, the microwave and fridge were very dirty, the walls were dirty, the tub had hairs left behind uncleaned. I will never be staying here again. It’s unfortunate the inside doesn’t match the outside.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and never had a complaint until now. The toilet has mildew around the rim and there was hair on the bedside table had hair on it. There was gum or something stuck on one of the bedside lamps. The toilet overflowed and I had a hard time explaining this to the owner (female) due to language barrier. She did walk up stairs so I could show her. All the soda machines were out of order. The juice machine in the lobby didn’t work and at 8:30, there was no coffee made in the lobby. They used to have continental breakfast but she said they only offer that in the summer.

床有点硬。
房间不干净。从我们一进门,就闻到一股腐臭和肮脏的味道。浴室脏兮兮的,马桶和淋浴间都脏兮兮的。他们也不用漂白剂清洁。空调老旧,噪音很大,床单和毛巾洗得也不干净,因为不用漂白剂或热水,所以颜色是灰色而不是白色。房间闻起来又旧又潮湿,这很可惜,因为房间非常宽敞现代,但现在的房主却不注重维护和卫生。
