I was not able to stay at the property due to an unexpected medical emergency.
Neither the hotel nor ******* was willing to credit the stay or allow me to use it at another location for another time. The reason why..because I didn’t cancel within the 24 hours I was due to arrive. I am not sure how I could have done that with an UNEXPECTED MEDICAL EMERGENCY

It was close to different stores and restaurants. Didn't use the gym or pool, but the people were super friendly and rooms were clean.

赶到的时候比较晚了，非常好的酒店，房间也大，床也舒服，早餐比较丰盛，吃的很好，主要是性价比比较高，以后还会去住好评。
我预订前特地给酒店打电话，询问热水浴缸和泳池是否可用。对方答复说一切正常。结果我到了酒店，泳池门上贴着一张纸，上面写着“热水浴缸不工作，但泳池开放”，还有一张纸盖住了热水浴缸喷射口旁边的控制按钮……泳池房间里臭气熏天，地上和椅子上都是用过的毛巾。连条干净毛巾都没有，我只好跑到前台去反映。泳池水很凉，按摩浴缸的水竟然是绿色的，而且水质恶臭无比……明天我打算按前台那位女士的建议，打电话给经理要求退款。
愉快的过夜住宿体验。
入住的时候在装修，应该是翻新有点老
很棒的体验，愉快的周末。
那里的工作人员都非常友善。
