As I told their review, we were disappointed with the hotel room. Main problem was no hot water for shower or sink. It was reported, but not resolved before we left.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and professionalism. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. Definitely would recommend.

Large room. Large bathroom. Restaurant and bar had good quality. Pool and Exercise rooms were very nice.

This property was very uniquely design. I love how friendly and helpful the staff was. And the cleanliness was great.

The hotel is placed in a area were you can get to anything in minutes. Didnt like that house keeping come every other day.

The customer service was excellent by everyone that i encountered. The hotel overall was okay but it does need some repairs and upgrades. My room had paint swatches on the wall. I guess they are going to pain. Overall the room was outdated and needs some repairs and a deep.clean.

Made reservations for assessable room with walk in shower. Got assessable room for hearing impaired. Rooms are really small for handicap. Was a couple of minutes late for night food bar. Wanted a glass of wine but server running the bar wouldn’t get it. Just not an overall good feeling for this hotel. Will think hard before staying at Hilton Garden Inn again.
