At check in our reserved King bed was no longer available. Following a 7hr drive that day they offered us a room with 2 queen beds or the would arrange for us to stay at a different hotel. We opted for the queen room. I asked if there was a reduction in price, the answer was no. When we setteIed into our room we found that our priority status had not been properly set up by the hotel, so we didn't have free wi-fi. We also discovered that the tub drain was broken. We had to prop the drain open with some cardboard to allow the tub to drain while showering.

To have you not to wait, we were extending the double room to you. When booking through a NON-HILTON platform, your HHonors account will not be attached. Also when booking through a NON-HILTON platform we at the hotel do not have the option of negotiating a price.

We stayed for one night. Our room was clean and comfortable. We all slept well. We didn’t use the pool or gym, but walked past and they looked nice. The location was great and the lady who checked us in was friendly and efficient.

I would rate higher but a $75/night pet fee was excessive. That’s more than I pay at a nice Vegas property.

As I told their review, we were disappointed with the hotel room. Main problem was no hot water for shower or sink. It was reported, but not resolved before we left.

This property was very uniquely design. I love how friendly and helpful the staff was. And the cleanliness was great.
