The shower didn't work....the original room they gave me was occupied by a previous tenant that checked out but never left

As soon as we walked into the room I noticed cockroaches running to hide, the floors had crumbs and dirt, bed sheets had stains and holes, the shower did not have a curtain. The hotel is very outdated and they need to update at least the bedsheets. I stayed because this was the only hotel closet to my destination. I had to use my own sheets. The staff was friendly and I understand it may not be their fault but come on please do better with cleaning.

Pet friendly but had roaches coming out of the AC unit, smelled so musty, couldnt use the phone to call the front desk. Never again.

Room had a desk but no chair. TV remote did not work. AC, even though it was set very low did not appropriately cool the room.

Not flexible, and did not get refund. I miss one night because of my tire pop in the freeway.i try to move it for the next day. And now I paid for a night I didn’t use and paid again for the next night .to much back and forth red roof says because third party reservation and ******* says talk to the manager their.. THEY DONT CARE THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY TO NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR CUSTOMERS

Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a good review for this property. For one, the room was not cleaned. I will include photos showing it. Two, the shower did not have hot water. The manager claimed that the room had a brand new boiler, but asked that I wait at least an hour and try to shower again. An hour later, I tried the water again. It ran kind of warm for less than 30 seconds. Then back to cold water. My husband ended up checking us out, and we left. As we were leaving, my husband noticed the lock on the door was not installed properly, and when tested, didn’t work. We did eventually end up with a refund, however, we did have to fight for it, as they only wanted to give a partial refund because I was in the room for four hours (only stayed as long as I did trying to get the water in the bathroom to warm up!). I will never stay at a property owned by Red Roof again, lesson learned!

Great hotel to stay. Friendly staff, park at your door, close to everything in Anderson. We stay here each time we visit. It is our home in Anderson.

It's a nice hotel for what it is
It's a nice hotel. I had to get it at the last minute. It served it's purpose for one night stay. The whole building just needs some tender love and care. Update some things. Other than that it's not bad really.
