It is ridiculous to be under construction and not mention it and still charge full price. I woke to a man walking past my window on the second floor and drilling and hammering. Then suprise there was a $8 charge for parking just to come outside and one the construstion vehicles was blocking my car

$8 parking but they patrol with security. Amenities were nice but shower/toilet area was quite small and door to bathroom was impractical to close. Breakfast was above avg. Would repeat

Construction outside my window and I was on the top floor and the roof was being repaired. I checked in late as I was traveling and was awoken early with hammer noise above my room

Unfortunately our car was broken into via passenger window getting smashed. Apparently it is a regular thing at these hotels in the area. The manager is reimbursing us the room fee however that’s just a fraction of what it costs to get the window fixed. For how the hotel is rated you would think security would be better.

毫无疑问，这是我住过最糟糕的酒店！我们抵达时，没有一个人来帮忙提行李，那时我就该知道这将是一次糟糕的体验。所以，我只好自己把车里的东西搬到手推车上，然后扶着我96岁的母亲进了电梯。房间还行，但浴室小到即使是瘦小的人也得侧身才能进去并关上门。床铺还算够用，就是有点软。我们第二天大部分时间都出去了，回来时发现床铺没有整理。他们只是把用过的毛巾收走了，垃圾桶也清空了，仅此而已。第二天早上我向前台询问时，被告知他们“隔天”才整理床铺！然而，我们总共住了四晚，床铺却从未被整理过！早餐一般般，而且每天的菜单都一模一样。有一天早上我们去吃早餐时，几乎没剩下什么吃的，也没人清理周围区域。除此之外，他们还收取一笔不知名的费用，尽管我的全部预订费用都已提前支付。其中一部分据说会退还，但“可能需要7到10天”。我退房时，前台没人，我们等了15分钟他才回来。牌子上写着他去执行其他任务了！也许是去给我们整理床铺了吧？然后当我告诉他我有多失望时，他只是盯着电脑看。他没有说抱歉，什么也没说。他只说了一句：“好的，您的退房手续已完成。”我只知道一件事……我住过两次这家酒店……第一次和最后一次！最差的酒店，而且还不便宜。
早餐非常棒。位置也很好。洗手池下水很慢。浴室灯需要几分钟才能完全亮起来。

酒店非常舒适干净，房间宽敞，入住手续办理快捷，我非常喜欢早餐。早餐虽然普通，但又有特别之处。比如，如果是华夫饼，可以加奶油和浆果。如果是鸡蛋和香肠，可以加煎蛋卷。这些小细节让一切变得与众不同。
