I have stayed at this Hyatt In Brentwood five different occasions. This stay I noticed more outside mobile cameras to deter loitering or car break ins. No longer working are the ice machines on each floor, you have to get ice from the lobby. No working phones in rooms, they ask for our cell numbers to communicate.
The most disappointing was I left behind my travel speaker i use when working. I called with in hours after checking out. and shocker No One in house keeping turned in the speaker. It was the size of a brick and left on the desk. So no I wouldn't recommend staying here. Apparently they have hired less than honest house keepers.
I called and spoke with Chris at the front desk via phone. I asked him to let me know when it was turned in or not. He never responded back. So goodnight and good luck, find another place. Not a good vibe.

Fridge in room didn’t work. One elevator was out of service so the time it took to use the working one was so long. Breakfast was terrible. No ice machine. Outlets in room had no covers on them.

The breakfast was good, and the staff was good. The property overall was tidy and convenient. However, I discovered the hard way that my bed was infested with bed bugs when I discovered after my stay that I had developed at least seven bites on my left shoulder and arms. I informed the hotel, but I don't know if they followed up or not on this.

The room could have been cleaner. There were lots of ladybugs everywhere. The shower-head was terrible, needed an upgrade. The bathroom door couldn’t close as it hit the toilet. The toilet stuck out too far from the wall so the door hit the front not allowing it to close. The staff was just ok. I did have a charge on my bill that wasn’t mine and had to get with finance to get it removed.

Had Oat Milk...which is great but thats not enough in 2025. Didnt have ANY CAFFEINE FREE TEAS. THE staff was accomodating to my needs.

All was fine but we stayed in an accessible room and the mirror is so small in the bathroom we had to bend over the entire time we were using it. Brushing teeth, drying hair, applying makeup. There’s no way someone in a wheelchair could get in front of the mirror with the stand that holds the hair dryer and bath mat where it is. It’s great that the stand is provided since there is no counter space, just not practical for a wheelchair user. If using the sink from the side you wouldn’t be able to see in the mirror at all. The mirror should cover the whole wall and be full height if you want it to serve everyone’s needs. Just providing helpful feedback.
The front staff and breakfast staff were very warm and welcoming, everything worked in our room.

Great location. Nestled in a wood area with a great view. Easy access to interstate and shopping. Room was nice size and clean. Breakfast was great along with service.
