I decided to return to this hotel but I should have gone with my gut. Not clean, no staff, no security, loud trash trucks pick up, bugs on the carpet… and to top it off, No Receipt for my stay. I will not return until I have found these things are fixed.

Rooms wasn’t very clean, food crumbs and other trash was in room when we arrived. Building needs a lot of restoration.

The faucets and toilets were broken in my hotel suite and the bathrooms downstairs. The pillows were also weird because they were shaped like squares instead of rectangles.

My room was not clean on arrival. I had no towels in my room, pillowcases were not on the pillows and not in the room. Two of the lights, one in the entry and one in the bathroom, did not work. I reported this to the desk and asked the room be vacuumed . The lights were fixed, but on arrival for my second night the floor was still not clean so I wore shoes at all times. The weight room was not available and the cardiac room had 2 treadmills that did not work and one older model elliptical. Twice when I entered the cardiac room the equipment was being used by children around the ages of 8 or less as a playground. There were no signs posted about an age limit. The breakfast was very good.

My stay was amazing but the front desk rep was very rude and unprofessional.She had a very distasteful attitude.

First my key didnt work to my room. Once it got programmed, they assigned me a room with someone else in it.

The outside doors in to the hotel...a ways away from office definitely needed to have a room key to access.
