这家酒店简直就是“与我无关”的代名词。我发现唯一一个工作做得不错的人是那位友善的女士,她确保每个人都支付了平庸的早餐。水槽的搪瓷只有一半,浴室的墙上油漆脱落,浴帘也坏了。我试图换房间,结果却发现浴帘仍然破损,浴缸周围也发霉了。这家酒店真是毫无自豪感可言。而当遇到问题时,他们基本上只是耸耸肩。他们的客户服务根本就不是为回头客服务的。我已经是IGH的会员几十年了——考虑到这家酒店的位置,我正在考虑改变自己和员工的忠诚度。
我们没有热水,酒店也订满了,所以我们没法换房间。我们问了之后,酒店也没有调整价格。酒店里的味道很难闻。晚上11点有人在泡热水澡,我们被告知不能进去,因为晚上10点就关门了。直到我们问了工作人员,工作人员才告诉大家泳池已经关闭了。
这家酒店有点老旧,缺乏我们在洲际酒店集团其他酒店享受到的热情好客和舒适体验。这可能是我们住过的最差的假日酒店。一楼的制冰机坏了(前台两位女士更在意他们的谈话而不是解决问题),隔壁的孩子吵醒了楼下大概半个酒店的人,淋浴间的浴帘太短,几乎把浴室和外面的走廊都弄成了一个泻湖。这家酒店在我们预订的*****酒店里是最差的,很难说得上是最差的。说实话,我们入住期间最棒的部分就是把车开出停车场的那一刻。
