The customer service here is horrible. I was staying here for four days and one of the days asked if I could get a towel. “Mark” said to go look for the maid and get a towel from her. I’m not going to walk around the motel and look for her? After going back and fourth and pointing out there were towels right behind him in the back room, he said they were pool towels. I told him I really needed any towel. He scoffs and gets the towel and it’s literally the same as the bathroom towels. Get to my room and it’s dirty. Disgusting. So now a week out, I go to look at my account and see I was charged the deposit. I call and get Mark again. He tells he me hold on and then hangs up on me. I call back six times before he answers again. When I tell him that I was charged $100, he tells me I was refunded the day I checked out (a week ago). I asked him to send me an email for proof because I’ve never waited that long for a refund if it was refunded. He tells me he’s got a long line of customers (not my problem) and then he hangs up on me again. Absolutely insane. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Clean rooms. Seems newly renovated. Staff was nice but rarely seen. Location is ok. Free breakfast is wanting for more. I would probably stay again.

Bathroom wasnt as clean as i would want. Toilet seat loose. Roach in Bathroom. Surroundings were loud. Someone talking down the hall all night

BUGS EVERYWHERE!!!!! They canceled my reservation, then I had to pay extra to rebook it. Then they refused to give us towels and washcloths. never stayed at a hotel like this, do not plan to stay ever again

Room was clean, no real issues outside of the in-room safe battery being low (not something I would normally be concerned about, but I did have some things that needed to be secured). Told the front desk and they took care of it right away. Staff was quite friendly and amiable.

The room smelled mildewy, there were only enough towels for 1 person, and the included breakfast was a disgrace. The guys at the front helped when they could and were pleasant, but one seemed mildly annoyed when I kept asking for stuff like creamer, a paper plate, or a piece of bread to make toast.

This property has some of the worst wifi I have ever experienced. If you need to get online to do some work, do not stay here. I had faster internet as a teenager and only had dial up,and that is notan exaggeration. Otherwise the hotel is ok, and you're getting what you pay for.
