Room was clean, food was good for complimentary breakfast and it’s surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers.

Better microwaves are definitely needed to use it had to unplug it and plug it back in just to get the door open.

The completion of a flooring make over to the elevator, on a Friday, during what is usually a busy time of day (7pm) for most hotels, was distastful. I was told that the elevator was unavailable and that I would have to take the stairs to access my room on the 4th floor. Being a 70 Year old woman, I thought it was very stressful, inconsiderate and inconvenient.

The property was clean and quiet upon my arrival. I was in walking distance to the mall and AMC theatre. Overall, nice area and I enjoyed my stay once again.

The bathrooms are undated and the rooms look to be as well, house keepers do a great job on the cleanings

Check in took all of 5 min and the renovations are wonderful. The room I had was very spacious! I enjoyed my stay.

Waited for front desk to finish his blunt outside on the right of the building before I was even able to check in. As he walks in a huge cockroach crossed the food area that’s to be sold and he just said “sorry about that”.
Checked me in and gave me two keys. I then unloaded my elderly grandfather and we entered through that same side he just was and I threw away his piece he didn’t finish. Mind you, this is like 11pm and we are driving from WV to FL.
Morning comes around, the “manager” tells me she will check the room after I showed her photos and bites on my body clear as day of BED BUGS.
She tells me “I will check on it myself and get in touch with you within an hour”.
It gets better…
She calls as we are on the road again and confesses she found roaches and a roach trail but never saw any bed bugs, however will give me a half refund…
Do not sleep in room 320 or be super smart and just don’t book in this hotel AT ALL !

Food was terrible nasty and room was nice but nasty half cleaned still trash behind beds like lil roaches crawling and when notify front desk nothing was done bout it

I truly enjoyed my stay! Affordable, accommodating, quiet, and clean. I even enjoyed the biscuits and gravy at breakfast. Definitely booking again when i have to visit University of South Carolina!
