Bathroom door knob was damaged, sloppy. Cheap construction of roomso a very noisy with people above me. Just walking you could hear them wand I still.
Don't have a receipt, what did you charge? Why do I have to go to my credit card account to find out what you charged me and they wanted 20 bucks cash.\n What the clerk gave me when I checked out was barely readable. But it looks like the $20 is going to be credi.\n TED to the account.

The room smelled urine, trash under the bed, floor not vacuumed, mold in shower, no exhaust fan, burnt receptical, no phone plugged in to contact desk, no phone charging, internet was not working

Check in staff was friendly, morning staff not so much. First room smelled too bad to sleep. Moved to a room that smelled good but party going on outside very noisy and pot smoking. Had to ask them to be quiet at midnight. Breakfast was a joke. Room was fair

The room was nice, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was put away at 0800, not 0900 as posted, but staff replenished everything needed.

Little good little not so good
The night clerk that checked this in Kirk was an amazing guy and had great customer service skills. He was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean and smelled like cigarettes and even though it was a non-smoking room and the swimming pool was closed on a Saturday Because of chemicals that they had put in the pool, which you would think they would do that during the week and not on the weekend

这家汽车旅馆真是太恶心了。天花板漏水,所有的毛巾都是湿的。床上有死虫子。地板看起来像是好几次都没打扫过(没扫也没拖)。我强烈不推荐!!!!!!!
