Bathroom was not clean, there was a roach in the tub. One of the lights wasn’t working. The refrigerator wasn’t clean also.

No breakfast on the weekdays
For a quick stay it’s ok. Bed was clean but uncomfortable, bathroom chipped tub, no breakfast on the weekdays. Very misleading.

It was unclean…could feel the grime in the air…bed was aight tho…shower was broken and moldy so I had to change rooms…2nd room was just as grimy…wish I could post pictures…

I had a reservation made through ******* weeks ahead of date needed. When i arrived at 5p to check in, my room was a nasty mess. I had to wait an additional hour for someone to come in and half clean my room. Staff was rude and was not willing to make other accommodations

My jacuzzi didnt work. It ended up leaking and going behind the end table by the bed. They had no alarm clock, no telephone. Stuff tht looked like trash or remnants of the last guests were under the bed. Wasn't swept or cleaned good. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room wasn't.

The front desk lady was very rude asked for a receipt for my incidentals and was told they don't do that and since I already have a cheap rate on my room it shouldn't matter which is rude how do you tell a paying customer regardless of how much they pay for a room that became it's cheap you can't have a receipt also how you gon say you have breakfast and it's nothing but bread to make toast and two different types of cereal I will not be returning different kinds of toa

Well we didnt stay there because my mom and i stayed at another hotel because the room was not made the staff was NOT at the desk when i first got there

生物危害酒店……现在住在任何酒店都会得创伤后应激障碍,真是太可怕了,墙上都是粪便,马桶上到处都是粪便、蟑螂、鼻屎和油脂……简直是一场噩梦!!!真不敢相信沙伦维尔还让这家酒店继续营业
房间还可以。但浴室很脏,水槽的盖子上有尿液。因此我推断没有什么是真正干净的。描述中写着包含早餐,我早上7点15分下去,我问了早餐,他们告诉我他们只提供咖啡,对我来说这像是一个骗局,他们应该在描述中说清楚
床单被套不换不洗,电器也不能用,要求换房也不给,前台人员态度很差。
