There is an obvious water problem in the hotel. The whole place feels damp. My room was damp. My sheets felt wet.

Not disabled friendly. No elevators, steps and stairs everywhere. The restaurant was woefully understaffed for breakfast, which was unacceptable as there were 20 sleeping rooms booked for the event. Where did they think we were going to have breakfast!

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and we have seen many improvements. Very nice and the staff were friendly. One thing that I am sure many guests have spoken about. No lifts very much a draw back for visitors
