Wonderful stay, felt very safe as a solo traveler, and room was very clean. I was in town for only one night for work, and it was perfect!

The room we stayed, the toilet flushed really loud. I’m sure other people could hear it. Woke up around 2am, to use the restroom and saw a baby roach going across the bathroom floor.
Staff at check in was really friendly
Suggestion about breakfast is to have more health couscous food.. for example turkey sausage. Not every eats pork.
The orange juice was out of service

我们预订了一间可供两名成人和一名婴儿入住的房间。房间宽敞舒适，配有一张特大号床和一张贵妃沙发（它也可以展开成一张折叠床）。房间甚至大到我们能够舒适地展开一张婴儿游戏床，而且还有足够的空间可以活动。婴儿床完美地放在床边，没有挡住沙发，所以沙发仍然可以使用。房间里还有两个梳妆台、一台电视、一张带椅子的书桌、两个床头柜、一个迷你冰箱、咖啡机、带保险箱的衣柜以及一间带玻璃淋浴门（没有浴缸）的浴室。这家酒店也允许携带宠物，所以我注意到我们门后面有一些爪印/刮痕——但这不是很明显。酒店还设有一个健身房和一个游泳池。浴室里有一个告示牌，上面写着为了节约水/能源，他们会每三天更换一次毛巾和床单，但如果你希望每天更换，只需告知前台工作人员即可。我们住了五晚，但我们的床单和毛巾从未更换过，垃圾也没有清理。（对我来说这并不是什么大问题，因为我喜欢隐私，知道没人进过我们的房间。）
工作人员非常友善，每天早上我们外出时都会和我们打招呼。他们甚至主动提出为我们拍照，这样我们就可以在孩子长大后给他看。总的来说，我们住得很愉快。下次再来罗利，我们肯定还会预订这家酒店。
这是我们第一次入住这家酒店。我们对办理入住手续非常满意，前台服务员特伦斯·琼斯很友好，并为我们提供了很多晚餐和游览地点的建议，非常有帮助。酒店非常干净，员工一直在清洁大堂，早餐区也很干净，补给充足。早餐真的很棒，选择比一般的欧陆式早餐要丰富一些。房间宽敞、干净；床非常舒服，这对我们来说很重要。淋浴水压和水温都很棒。我肯定会推荐这家酒店。非常满意。
