Room had a cheap-hotel smell, but was neat and clean. The continental breakfast was pretty skimpy. The pancake making machine produced very thin pancakes with an unappetizing texture. I recommend they invest in a waffle-making machine instead.

The room is very old and outdated, the pillows were flat and smooshed to half the size of a normal pillow. I booked a double queen and was put in a single queen. There was no TV guide and only two towels and the smell was awful.

The rooms were run down, no night stand beside bed, door handle to bathroom was broken, toilet seat was broken, no counter in bathroom. Not enough pillows. Continental breakfast was subpar.

The experience was very subpar - room and breakfast.
BUT the young gentleman that checked us in at 10 o'clock at night on 11/10/25 was absolutely great.
