If I remember correctly, you were the individual that was rude, and I responded that we do not have to be disrespectful considering the fact that this is a third-party booking without any requests. Regardless, we went ahead and granted your request. In the future, book directly or call ahead of time to request the first floor.

该地区安全安静，房间非常干净，布置舒适，工作人员总是热情友好，乐于助人。这里是探索科德角的理想下榻之地，也适合在泳池边放松一天。洗衣房配备洗衣机和烘干机，非常方便。我唯一的不满是：早餐与酒店的其他标准不符。例如，四天中有两天咖啡根本没法喝，一次性餐具浪费太多。早餐的选择和质量与一些价格更实惠的酒店相比略逊一筹。
房间很干净，显然是新装修的。不过空间有点小。我订了两张大床，感觉有点挤。环境不错。我到的时候，前台的工作人员，尤其是那位正在培训/协助其他工作人员的女士，需要稍微低调一些。我拄着助行器走进去，她就直接给我安排了一间二楼的房间。我问她有没有电梯，她说没有。我带着两个十几岁的孩子，现在开始担心我们住不上二楼。我完全不知道二楼没有无障碍设施。她立刻吼道：“没必要这么粗鲁”。我一点儿也不粗鲁，直接告诉了她。结果两个十几岁的孩子扬起眉毛，还说她有多粗鲁等等，这可真糟糕。
泳池和热水浴缸很不错。但不喜欢把它完全暴露在前台办理入住大厅里。欧陆式早餐比我们预期的要少得多。水果看起来枯萎了，也不新鲜。其他早餐食品的选择也不多。房间干净，但很小。我们订的是带阳台的豪华房，但根本进不去阳台。房门打不开。绝对不是豪华房。
入住手续很便捷，场地维护得很好，房间干净，有足够的空间放衣服，床很舒服。不喜欢——无法在线办理入住，提交驾照照片后没有任何反应，早餐的食物选择不多。
值夜班的 4 20 2025 前台女士太棒了，她修好了接线错误的电视，专业、外向、非常友好。我觉得你应该复制她，把她安排在你所有的酒店里。
这里真是个过夜的好地方。热水浴缸和泳池区在寒冷的冬天里是个不错的休息场所。床很舒服，工作人员也很友好。我还会再来的。

对我来说很方便。天花板破旧，有水渍。早餐种类有限。健身房狭窄肮脏。
