Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room, friendly staff. Towels were on their last leg but got the job done. Great value for the money.

Staff were good, but the walls are very thin and I could hear everything happening around me, which was a lot. The new renovations are very shoddy.

This is my travel Hotel stop..in-between going for business..PLEASE keep paper products out for use..also coffee would be nice to have..the room coffee is not it..

This is our 6 hour travels hotel when we're going back and forth for business..but I'm thinking about changing..Always have problems with the FRONT DESK..NO customer service at ALL! will be changing

Acceptable
Did not have breakfast so I cant speak to that. But the hotel was clean and quiet and my bed was comfortable. However parking was terrible. The hotel lets semi trucks park longways in the main lot, and its small to begin with. There is a lot behind the hotel but no rear access into the building. I was alone and was not walking all the way around the building in the dark by myself. Two out of the three times I needed to park in the parking lot, there were no spots for me to park in. As for the service, at check-in the lady was very short and seemingly unfriendly but nothing specific to be upset about. She just wasn't very welcoming or personable. This hotel would be a good option if you're only staying a couple of days or you can't get in anywhere else.

Decent hotel for price. Rooms were pretty nice. Breakfast selection was limited. Biggest negative was the noise. I don't recommend staying on the first floor.

我和我丈夫经常出差……我们至少每三四个月就会途经肯塔基州的鲍灵格林。Microtel 是我们常住的休息站……但在2025年8月1日那天，我们入住时发现马桶漏水……于是我丈夫打电话给前台询问情况……前台工作人员为造成的不便表示歉意……当时所有房间都已订满，她说她会把这个问题反馈给管理层……第二天早上我们退房后，再次和前台谈了这件事……她说好的，我们会调查……我丈夫询问了管理层的姓名……两天后我们打电话过去……接电话的女士告诉我们马桶没有问题……我们说前台不是已经记录了这件事吗……她说是的……但马桶确实没问题……Microtel，你们就这样永远失去了一位顾客……
酒店脏得要命。床单和淋浴间都很脏。换了个房间，结果还是一样脏。他们应该好好打扫一下这个地方。
