A lot of noise from highway. Pet charge ($40) is a lot higher than other pet friendly hotels. At other places it was only $20.

Dont get tge suite
Nasty stain on the hide-a-bed where my teenager was suppose to sleep. She had to end up using the regular part of the couch, very uncomfortable and very unprofessional

Definitely not making our way back any time soon. Room 131…. The wife was not happy…
Couple of points:
* Checked in to hear “all rooms with king beds are outside (like motels) with no security and anyone could walk directly to your door. There are no king beds on any other floors.” We found that hard to believe in multiple storied building.
* Spider webs in ceiling corners of room.
* Calcium build up on shower walls.
* No decorations of any sort.
* Crumbs, crustaceans and dead mites under sheets and towels.
Staff was polite, however only had limited ability to clean, move room or provide a solution. We understood that it was parents weekend at WKU.
Breakfast with decent coffee was nice.

Need to clean public areas. Hallway carpet around room doors are really bad Tv operation was confusing. Musty smell in room and door lock needed to be repaired to enter room.
Breakfast just ok.

Nice staff and very convenient. Near highway, a lot of restaurants, and not far from WKU campus.

The TV remote didn't work, telephone didn't work, and the a/c rattled every time it kicked on.

This hotel is *noisy*! It's about 100 yards from a major freeway filled with 18-wheeler trucks and loud cars and motorcycles, and the traffic noise fills the air constantly. Even late at night you can hear the loud engines of the trucks and cars.
If you want a quiet room, request a room that faces Mel Browning Street. Then you won't hear the traffic. But if you're on the third floor you'll hear the giant central AC unit switch on and off all night.
The staff is wonderful and helpful, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, the area is safe, and the location is close to restaurants and shopping and attractions. But the noise is terrible.

Black mold
The beds in the room are very comfortable, which is a great feature. However, the room would benefit from some updates, as there's some black mold on the wall between the beds near the ceiling. Giving the bathroom a thorough cleaning would enhance the overall experience.

Nice , clean, modern hotel
Nice, modern hotel with above average breakfast. For the price you should not be disappointed. I wasn't. It's close to Highway and many restaurants.
