One-night stay on way to Tennessee. Room bathroom needs to be updated, shampoos and conditioners were used. Bed was comfortable. No restaurant list at desk. Had trouble with television and took the check-in person 15 minutes to come up and fix it. Ice machine on our 2nd floor was plugged in but no ice. Breakfast was adequate. Not worth the price that was paid.

Rating Stay as "Fair"
Nice location, safe community near restaurants and retail. The staff interactions were ok. The cleaning staff should pay more attention and do a detailed wipe-down and dusting in the rooms.
This hotel, in particular, was outdated and mediocre in comparison. I have stayed at this brand hotel in other cities, and they were very clean and overall updated.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable overall, though the beds could have been more supportive. Front desk girl was rude. Room was dirty she came looked at the room took pictures. She didn’t have anymore rooms available. I asked if someone could come in and clean the wall where someone threw food at it and the night stand she said she had no one we asked her if she could wipe it down she said it wasn’t her job. My wife asked if she could clean it she was told that she couldn’t allow that. We asked what we could do she said to go somewhere else and stay. We had 3 other rooms reserved she canceled all the rooms. The hotel across the parking lot got us all rooms and treated us really nice and the rooms were clean and they gave us a discount for all parties that came with us.

Poor customer service
When I arrived at the location, the representative was dismissive and extremely rude. Uninterested in helping any of the guests after I traveled several hours and through 3 states to get to the hotel.
